In the buildings,
the horizontal bearing members are the factors
that trouble the workers regarding the mould,
as much as do the vertical bearing members. Especially
today the demand for the rapid production, the
wish to prepare smooth and faultless surfaces
and the need to be able to cast the substantial
loads even at very high elevations have caused
NERU MOULD SCAFFOLD SYSTEMS to become popular
in the sector. The system is comprised of vertical
elements and the horizontal elements that prevent
the strain of these vertical elements. These elements
are connected to each other by means of the CUPLOCK
SYSTEM, which is a non-wedged and very safe
connection system.
Pipes are the specifically produced
pipes resistant to pressure. The system begins
with the element we call the lower adjusting
screw which contacts the ground, and the posts
sit on this. The post length may vary, but they
are generally 3mt ,2mt, 1mt and the lengths
with half a meter. Horizontal connections have
also numerous sizes, and it is possible to produce
horizontal connections with special size based
on the project. According to the status of the
mould used on the topmost level, an upper member
is placed on the posts based on the wooden U
or NERU MOULD SYSTEM WITH VERTICAL HEAD,
if any, or any other formwork of slab. Based
on the status of the loads or in cases as necessitated
by the project, system is reinforced by the
diagonal connections.
ADVANTAGES OF THE SYSTEM
NERU MOULD SCAFFOLD SYSTEM possesses
some superiority which is not found in any other
mould scaffold system. Assembly and dismantling
are very easy, and prevent the losses of workmanship.
Since the system is made of the posts and the
horizontal connections, there are almost no
faults in the assembly. As the intermediate
connection lengths are produced as fabrication
and they have predetermined lengths, correct
application of the first post enables the entire
system to be installed correctly.
That the system is already designed
and produced with the consideration of the individual
and mobile loads eliminates the need to perform
a scaffold calculation in the work site. Owing
to the adjusting screws available both in the
lower and upper sections, the system may be
very precisely adjusted to any elevation. Since
our company adopts the practice of painting
each post or horizontal connection element with
a different length in a different color, it
is possible to perform the assembly in the work
site without needing to check the measurements.
The scaffold material whose duty has been complete
may be stowed in a very orderly manner and thus
preserved for use in another work.
