The only difference of this formwork
system from the vertical head plywood-compatible
slab formworks is that it lacks the vertical
head and vertical beam system which enable the
early dismantling. This formwork system is also
used with success in the buildings with flat
slab or standardized beam system.
In the system of NERU PLYWOOD-COMPATIBLE
FORMWORKS, there is a main carrier placed
on a scaffold system which bears the formwork,
is extremely easy to install and resistant to
horizontal displacements, and if needed a grating
system is formed under the plywood with the
secondary carrier Combi 100 and Combi 200 steel
carriers. All the material in this system is
made of components which may be carried by hand
and manually installed, and do not necessitate
the use of a crane. However, when needed, this
material may also be used with the sizes that
favor being moved by a crane, to the extent
the conditions of the work site would allow.
This would decrease the formwork workmanship
cost prices.
Based on the status of the project
and the thickness of the slab, the formwork
project is designed among the various sizes.
The details of the system may be seen in the
pictures on the side and in the perspective
drawing.
