VERTICAL HEAD PLYWOOD-COMPATIBLE SLAB FORMWORKS

This formwork system is also used with success in the buildings with flat slab or standardized beam system. This is a formwork system through which very satisfactory results may be obtained in case the buildings like houses, offices and hotels are designed with slabs free of cork or beam, to the maximum possible extent.

The system of NERU VERTICAL HEAD PLYWOOD-COMPATIBLE SLAB FORMWORKS is formed by the vertical head, vertical beam and secondary beams placed on an exceedingly easy to install frame system which bears the formwork and endures the horizontal displacements. Plywood strips are placed on the vertical heads in a way to also facilitate the early dismantling, and the plywoods are placed in between without cutting as long as the situation allows. In this way, the formwork system is completed. All the material in this system is made of components which may be carried by hand and manually installed, and do not necessitate the use of a crane.

Based on the status of the project and the thickness of the slab, the formwork project is designed among the various sizes. The details of the system may be seen in the pictures on the side and in the perspective drawing.
