VERTICAL HEAD CASSETTE FORMWORKS

Cassette slab system has been developed for the places with dense occupation and a high slab load such as the schools, shopping centers, car parks, cultural facilities like cinema and theatre, station buildings and alike, for the particular purpose of bearing the excessive slab loads.

The use of classical system formworks for such slabs not only causes the loss of a considerable amount of timber and of a substantial workmanship, but also yields a very low quality product. Our company's NERU CASSETTE SLAB FORMWORK enables a very fast formwork preparation owing to its ease of use, and a high quality product.

All the material in this system is made of components which may be carried by hand and manually installed, and do not necessitate the use of a crane. Thanks to the application of the cassette slab with vertical head, early dismantling is possible in the formwork, which in turn provides a very fast and high quality production with less labor and less formworks. The system comprises an easy to install bearing frame and the vertical head which facilitate the early dismantling, vertical beams and the cassette formworks made of fibre, all of which are placed on the said frame. In such a formwork system, the materials may be used at least 200 times, thus reducing the formwork cost to a real minimum. The details of the system may be seen in the pictures on the side and in the perspective drawing.
