STEEL SLAB FORMWORKS WITH VERTICAL HEAD SYSTEM

This formwork system is used with success in the buildings with flat slab or standardized beam system. This is a formwork system through which very satisfactory results may be obtained in case the buildings like houses, offices and hotels are designed with slabs free of cork or beam, to the maximum possible extent.

NERU SLAB FORMWORKS WITH VERTICAL HEAD SYSTEM is formed by the posts, vertical heads, vertical beams and panels. Owing to the ability of the parts to be specifically attached to one another; it becomes possible to make use of the advantages of the easy installation, smooth surfaces, early dismantling and multiple repetition. In such a formwork system, it is possible to use the materials for at least 200 times, thus reducing the formwork cost of the building to a real minimum.

The system is made of a bearing frame and the vertical head which facilitate early dismantling, vertical beams, and the modular panels with steel surface, all of which are placed on the said frame. All the material is made of components which may be carried by hand and manually installed, and do not necessitate the use of a crane. Formwork project is designed using a size among numerous choices based on the status of the project and the thickness of the slab. The details of the system may be seen in the pictures on the side and in the perspective drawing.
