NERU WORKING SCAFFOLD SYSTEM is a system which may be used in the stand production or shelf production for storage, for the purpose of providing a comfortable and safe working environment on the high elevations during the operations of wall construction, interior and exterior plastering, side painting, the construction and maintenance of silo and ship, and construction and maintenance works for the dams, tunnels and high curtain walls and also for other miscellaneous purposes. Our company has two kinds of working scaffold systems as our standard production. Our company presents its users perfect solutions in the form of a wedged and non-wedged system.

THE ELEMENTS THAT CONSTITUTE THE SYSTEM :
Posts: These, as their name implies, are the vertical bearing elements of the system. They have standard pieces at every half a meter starting from a length of 0.5 m up to 3.0 m so that they may be erected easily at any height.

Intermediate support: Being either wedged or non-wedged, these elements (there is no-loss wedge system for the wedged version) form the horizontal connections. They are produced with standard lengths of 0.7 m, 1.0m, 1.50m , 2.0m, 2.5m, 3.0m.
-Diagonal: These are the diagonal connection elements that prevent the horizontal bending in the multi-storey scaffold systems.

Lower Adjusting Screw: It is the adjusting mechanism to set the scaffold to a certain elevation on the irregular or not orderly surfaces. The operating height of the screw is 0.5 m.

Metal Scaffold Beam: These are the working platform elements made of extended steel sheet iron or perforated sheet iron which provide a safe working ambience at the height being worked or at any elevation as needed.

Metal Scaffold Ladder: The ladder which provides a safe way of climbing up and down between the different working elevations of the scaffold.

In addition to those mentioned above, there are miscellaneous intermediate elements used in the system, such as the beginning base and the building support.

The assembly of NERU WORKING SCAFFOLD SYSTEM is a rather easy and fast operation. A team of only a few members may set up an area of around 1000 m2 within 1 day.
