NERUs newly designed and patented special drophead system means that if required your slab formwork can be removed quicker that usual. The new system allows complete integration with H20 beam systems.
In place of the upper cross head screws the Neru patented drop head is positioned as shown.
Then the main load bearing H20 beams are placed in the drop heads in specially designed placement slots.
The second layer of H20 beams are placed on the first in opposing or 90 degree direction and placed accordig to the load requirements and plywood thickness.
Then on top of the H20 beams plywood bands are placed according to the specs given in the formwork.
10x10 or 5x10 wooden beams may also be substituted as an economic alternative.
Then as in Stage 5 plywood can be positioned.
If desired and if the project and floor heights allow then adjusteable props may be used with the drop head mechanism instead of or in conjunction with the cuplock system.
